A limited production of Series 2 auxiliary shafts is now available,  Shown in the above photo the shaft is made from SAE 4340 steel, heat treated and machined to final form.  All bearing surfaces are then centerless ground for precision fit.  The drive gear is pressed onto the shaft and pinned for final completion.

Also scheduled for production are new chain sprockets for the Bialbero cam drive.  This includes the drive sprocket for the auxiliary shaft, both intake and exhaust cam sprockets and the idler and tensioner sprockets.  These are made from SAE 8620 gear steel, machined to tolerance, surface hardened and shot peened.
